A rally advocating for the protection of reproductive rights was held on May 12 in the Quad. A group of about 60 people, including students and faculty members, held up signs with slogans “Keep abortion legal” and “My body my choice.” The group later marched to the Titan Student Union.

This rally comes after an opinion draft from the Supreme Court was leaked that indicated that Roe v. Wade may be overturned. The landmark case granted pregnant women the right to get an abortion.
